Teri is primarily responsible for office brokerage, including landlord and tenant representation, investment property sales, and sale/leaseback opportunities. She has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience. She actively manages new business development for clients nationwide, including site selection, facility searches, lease negotiations, incentive negotiations, facility transitions, and site analysis. Teri founded 608 Real Estate LLC, a commercial real estate property management company.

John is the founder of Kothe Real Estate Partners. He primarily represents companies looking to develop, lease, or buy commercial property in southern Wisconsin. John has 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with the majority of his time spent on development, acquisitions, dispositions, management, and leasing.

Kevin Page
Kevin focuses on the company's development, investment, and consulting activities. He has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a concentration on development, acquisitions, financing, and leasing. Kevin is the founder of KP Property Development LLC, a commercial real estate development services company. Before partnering with Kothe Real Estate Partners in 2010, Kevin held senior positions with two other development companies.

Josh Wilcox
Josh focuses on development, pre-construction, and construction management. He brings more than 25 years of commercial design and development experience, with a concentration in hospitality and multifamily projects. Before joining Kothe Real Estate Partners, Josh was an owner and lead designer at GBA, where he managed and designed a wide range of hotels, apartments, and restaurants. His background in design, project management, and regulatory approvals provides a unique perspective from concept through construction.
